The covered sessions include the three general sessions, the two keynote addresses, and the two pre-conference workshops. The issues that received the most attention in the sessions were (1) the replacement of LIBOR, (2) the elimination of U.S. risk retention requirements for most CLOs, (3) manager tiering, and (4) weaker loan documentation. The event attracted nearly 1,900 registered attendees and the prevailing mood was one of a strongly positive outlook for the CLO sector.
